Job Opening---Commercial Real Estate Broker
Leading retail real estate firm requires a
commercial leasing broker to work within our retail group to effectively
market designated properties and clients.
Responsibilities include pursuing new
business opportunities, identifying new area for growth, prospecting, market
analysis, site surveys, RFP response, negotiation of letter of intent, lease
analysis, financial review of prospective tenants, lease drafting, and lease
negotiations.
BA/BS in finance, real estate or other related field is a must. Qualified
candidates will possess highly developed verbal and written communication
skills and ability to work independently. High energy, team player and
proven sales ability a must.
